Newly restored Land Cruiser FJ40 for sale. The car is imported from the United States. The car had its life in California and therefore had minimal rust.Strong 3.9l gasoline straight with carburetor. Engine runs fine. Three speed column shift gearbox with synchronized and gear. Vacuum controlled switch for 4wd. circuit brake system with brake booster. Original wheels and wheel caps with original size tires.Mileage is unknown since the counter has only digits. It is possible to remove the hard top and lay down the windshield.This is done with the car:Previous owner has overhauled engine with new crank, gaskets etc.I have:Replaced freeze plugs in the head, new upgraded valve seals, "new" rocker arms with shafts.New sparkplugs, distributor, pcv valve.Overhauled carburetor.New radiator element.New clutch disc, to bearing flywheel bearing ...Overhauled gearboxes with new main bearings, seals and synchronization rings.All seals replaced in front and rear axle.All bearings in the rear diff.New body mounts.New steering damper.New seals steering box.All brakehoses and pipes are new, new master cylinders, overhauled brake cylinders, new brake shoes.New slave and master cylinder clutch.Frame is sandblasted and primed with zincepoxy, then primed with epoxy primer and paint on top.Rust was cut out and new plates welded in.Body is sandblasted by the previous owner. All other body parts are sandblasted, primed with zincepoxy, epoxy primer and then painted.The car is garagepainted.All of the gaskets in windows, doors, body are new.Rebuild original wiring. lot of new switches, lights, relays.New badges.Front seats have been restored with new pillows and upholster. New upper "dashpad".Roof (fiberglass) was cracked and are spliced together again. New headliner.Reprinted original workshop manuals and instruction manual included.
